The participants included two chairpersons and one member of the Child Welfare Committees (CWC) constituted under the Act. The discussions included case studies, review of the functioning of CWCs and Juvenile Justice Boards (JJD), promoting Community of Practice (CoP) and using the Right to Information (RTI) in support of our work for the care and protection of children.. Casper Charles was ordained by His Grace Marampudi Joji, the archbishop of the diocese of Hyderabad on April 15, 2010 at St Mary`s Co-Cathedral, Secunderabad along with six other deacons belonging to the archdiocese of Hyderabad. Though not officially anymore part of the Hyderabad Province, (but always welcome!) News in General, Spirituality, Formation We the thirty-two of us, Salesians studying at UPS-Rome, belonging to thirteen countries, made our annual spiritual retreat in the places of our Salesian spirituality from 5th to 11th April. It was organized by don Munoz Eusebio (the Rector of our don Bosco community - UPS). The guiding and preaching was done by a well known scholar, professor and the head of the department of the Salesian Spirituality at our University, don Giraudo Aldo. Our lodging and boarding was arranged at the Avigliana salesian community. Coordinated by Mr Anthic Joseph, the Youth Coordinator at BIRDY, the enactment consisted of 32 persons, including the youth and kids of the Catechism class.
